What types of payment are accepted?
We currently accept only cash or check as payment.
Do you restore headlights?
In most cases, we are able to restore headlights to a clear lens. However, sometimes it is the headlight unit that needs to be replaced due to discoloration and heavy oxidation.
Do you remove pet hair and odors?
We do remove pet hair and odors. Please keep in mind this might take longer and cost extra.
I have a screen on my dashboard. Will this get damaged during the detailing process?
We air out and wipe down all components of the dashboard, making sure to pay special attention to any electronic displays. The risk of damage is very minimal.
Do you use a drive-thru car wash?
Our car wash process is 100% hand operated, followed by immediate hand drying to prevent water spots.
Do you have a waiting room?
Most services take a while (3-5 hours) to be completed. We recommend finding pick-up and drop-off alternatives so that you don’t have to wait this long.
I have dents and scratches on the body of my vehicle. Can you get rid of those?
Unfortunately, we do not fix dents and dings. We are able to buff out light surface scratches, but unable to remove deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat and paint. A touch-up paint pen can be purchased at the car’s dealership or auto store, and used to self-apply and cover these up.
How long will it take for my car to get detailed?
The time it takes to get a vehicle detailed depends on the services that are requested. An interior or exterior detail takes about 3 hours, while a complete detail ranges from 4-5 hours. We always recommend dropping off your car in the morning for same-day pickup, or evening drop off for next-day pickup.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Making an appointment is preferred to ensure sufficient time to work on your car. Please call (408)605-8034 at least a day in advance to make an appointment.
What time do you open/close?
Our hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday 8am-4pm. We are closed on Sundays.
